§ Lead portofolio analyses and assesment processes during Teva-Actavis intergation process

§ Manage all SFE and Business Effectiveness processes related to Teva-Actavis intergation process( i.e. GTM model definition, teams structure and territory alignement, assesement and define KPIs and SFE tools, etc.) 

§ Member of the management team of the company
